John Degenkolb clocks 104 km/h descending Pyrenean peaks
I've been looking at the mind-blowing data coming out of the high mountains, and the sheer numbers are enough to make any athlete question their limits. One rider pushed an average of nearly five watts per kilo for over three hours, but that isn't even the craziest part. I found the exact speeds these guys are hitting on the descents, and it takes a terrifying level of commitment to survive.
