The Service

Revuw is a content processing tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to generate editorial-style summaries ("Issues") from YouTube videos.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• Beta Status: The service is currently provided "as is" and may contain bugs or errors.

YouTube Services

Revuw uses YouTube API Services to access public video content. By using Revuw, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com).

Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

• Original Content: We acknowledge that the original video content, thumbnails, and transcripts belong to the respective YouTube creators. Revuw claims no ownership over the original source material.
• Generated Issues: The specific formatting, AI-generated summaries, code extractions, and editorial layout (collectively, "The Issues") are the intellectual property of Bayes-Shelton Consulting LTD.
• Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and read the Issues for personal information purposes.

AI Disclaimer (Accuracy & Hallucinations)

Revuw uses Generative AI (Google Gemini) to process content.

• No Guarantee: AI models can make mistakes ("hallucinate"). We do not guarantee that the code snippets, maps, or summaries are 100% accurate or functional.
• Use at Own Risk: You are responsible for verifying any code or factual information before using it in a production environment.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the Revuw ingestion engine.
• Use the service to train other AI models.
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits or access controls.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. If you delete your account, your personal data (email, preferences) will be removed, but the aggregated "Issues" generated during your usage may be retained by us as part of our platform's data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Bayes-Shelton Consulting LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the service in the last 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
