Red Bull Rampage is an invitation-only freeride mountain bike competition held annually near Zion National Park in Virgin, Utah, United States. Often referred to as the "Super Bowl of Freeride MTB", it is not a race but rather a judged event where athletes are evaluated on their choice of lines down the near-vertical sandstone ridges, their technical ability, and the complexity and amplitude of their tricks. Riders have four days to carve their line into the cliffs and are allowed a crew of two diggers to help build the line.
The first Red Bull Rampage was held in 2001. After the 2004 event, it was put on hold due to increasing risks, but it returned in 2008 with the introduction of wooden features. The event usually occurs in October. The top 10 finishers automatically qualify for the next year's event, with remaining spots selected by a committee. Brandon Semenuk holds the record for the most wins with four. In 2025, first place takes home $100,000.
