Officers spotted Anthony on his porch, but his immediate flight inside the house forced their hand. Upon entering, they were met with a staggering physical odor and a man who appeared wobbly and incoherent. Anthony claimed Megan was merely sleeping upstairs, but the truth was far more visceral.
