Scott Barry Kaufman is an American cognitive scientist, humanistic psychologist, author, and podcaster known for his research on intelligence, creativity, and human potential. He is particularly recognized for his efforts to redefine intelligence and explore the "light triad" of personality. Kaufman is currently a professor of psychology at Columbia University and the director of the Center for Human Potential. He also holds the position of Honorary Principal Fellow at the University of Melbourne's Centre for Wellbeing Science.
