Michael Easter is an author, journalist, and professor known for exploring the intersection of modern science and ancestral wisdom to improve health, well-being, and performance. He is the author of the bestselling book "The Comfort Crisis," which has been translated into 10 languages. His writings are featured in publications such as Men's Health, Outside, and Men's Journal. Easter also co-founded and co-directs the Public Communications Institute at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he is a journalism professor. He lives on the outskirts of Las Vegas with his wife and two dogs.
