Luke Bernard Stoltman, born on November 22, 1984, is a Scottish strongman known as "The Highland Oak". He has distinguished himself in the world of strongman competitions with notable static strength, especially in overhead pressing events. Stoltman began his strongman career in 2013, achieving early success by winning five consecutive Scotland's Strongest Man titles from 2013 to 2017. He gained international recognition as a two-time Europe's Strongest Man winner, in 2021 and 2024.
Stoltman has reached the World's Strongest Man (WSM) finals six times, with his best placing being seventh. In 2025, he won Britain's Strongest Man. Luke, along with his younger brother Tom (a three-time World's Strongest Man), are known as "The World's Strongest Brothers," and were the first brothers to reach the WSM finals. In 2018, Luke and Tom opened the Stoltman Strength Centre in Invergordon. In 2021, Invergordon honored the brothers with updated town entrance signs recognizing their achievements. In April 2025, Luke withdrew from Europe's Strongest Man due to illness. He most recently competed at the 2025 World's Strongest Man competition in Sacramento, CA, where he finished ninth overall.
