Greg Powell is a highly regarded British stunt coordinator, stuntman, second unit director, and actor with over 40 years of experience in the film industry. Born into a family with a strong stunt background (his father was stunt performer Nosher Powell) he began his career at age 14. Powell is known for his extensive contributions to action sequences in major film and television productions.
Powell's expertise includes fighting, cars, motorcycles, boats, HGV, horses, battle sequences, fire, explosions, and wirework. He has coordinated stunts on blockbuster franchises, most notably all eight Harry Potter films. He earned an Emmy Award nomination for his work on the miniseries Band of Brothers and won a Taurus Award in 2014 for Fast & Furious 6. Powell's work extends to other high-profile projects such as Avengers: Age of Ultron, Hercules, and The Hitman's Bodyguard.
