We rightly fought to correct a 60/40 gender imbalance in college enrollment that favored men. Decades later, the numbers are identical, but the ratio has completely flipped. This reversal raises difficult questions about the unspoken struggles men now face in academia and why we hesitate to even begin the conversation.
