For the grinder, a Kingrinder K0 or a 1zpresso Q2 provides the necessary grind consistency. Crucially, swap the expensive kettle for a standard $10 electric model. You will also need a digital scale, a common kitchen spoon, and a DIY WDT Tool—made easily with a wine cork and acupuncture needles. Step-by-Step Brewing Instructions 1. **Preparation:** Weigh 20 grams of coffee. Grind coarser than your usual pour-over setting to ensure fast drainage.
