We are currently living through a global mental health crisis that functions like an internal environmental disaster, yet most people treat their mental well-being as an optional hobby. The missing link is 'interpersonal hygiene'—a mandatory practice to clear the reactive waxy buildup that destroys our relationships and our peace of mind.
